Doctors receptionists have a reputation of being unfriendly and unhelpful and Studholm comes into this category. Pls remember we are people too with feelings and if ill we are feeling under par and not up for a battle.
We recently moved and to change address was the most difficult and ridiculous scenario through lack of time giving the advice on what to do.

When we required some personal help, regarding information share to another distant trust hospital, we received excellent service from the office manager and her staff.

The turnover of GPs seems to be high meaning that it is difficult to maintain a relationship with one particular GP before they leave.
